What sizes do you offer?

UK Single (90×190 cm), Small Double (120×190), Double (135×190), King (150×200), Super King (180×200). Size availability is shown on each product page.

Do your mattresses need a specific base?

They work best on a flat, supportive surface (slatted with gaps ≤7.5 cm, divan, or platform). Uneven or soft bases can affect comfort and warranty.

Where do you deliver?

UK mainland as standard. Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may incur a surcharge—contact us for a quote.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items: 1–3 working days. Made-to-order or oversized items: 5–10 working days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major debit/credit cards and secure accelerated checkout options supported by Shopify Payments (e.g., Apple Pay/Google Pay where available)

Do you offer a sleep trial?

Yes—30-night sleep trial on mattresses and toppers. If it’s not right, contact us within 30 nights from delivery to arrange a return
